WHY WE HAVE TO THINK IN HELPING THOUSANDS (NOT TENS): We are in an area where there are tens of thousands of poor people with dissabilities, horrific tumors and illnesses, these people are ussually abandoned by husbands, with out money and even shunned by family and village. It is largely a government solution that is required and we work closely with Government to connect children using rthe Indonesia's BPJS health system to
Fact One. Lombok NTB has the Lowest health index in Indonesia.
Of Indonesia’s 34 provinces Lombok it is beside Papua at the bottom of Indonesia’s health index.
For often years, thousands of poor Lombok people are abandoned by society with huge tumors, un left cancers, in pain and never seen doctors. Many still use the village shaman who is out of his depth in these situations.
Fact Two: Ten Percent of Lombok is Disability:
Of 5 million people 10% have a disability of one sort or another: b. 10% of Lombok’s 5 million people have a disability of one sort or another

We are not surgeons, doctors, nurses and we help more people in a bigger way
by doing what we are good at: connecting sick child A to surgeon B, connecting Wheelchair from A to Child B.
Our Tools to Connect are: a. Being Good at working with Govt & Govt Health sector getting BPJS Free surgeries etc
b. Our Hospital Van to get people from village to hospital. d. Where we can supplying resources such as food, transport accomodation for families in who need assistance - we promote all must help, the village must help, extended family must help etc c. promoting our activity using facebook social media so poor SDD* people can find and contact us.

3. TO ALWAYS PRIORITISE: To be an organisation that daily PRIORITISES in a humanitarian common sence order of;
- 1st ACTION - PAIN COMES FIRST: ‘No Lombok Person Should Die in Pain’
To connect assistance or go to the assistance and supplying pain medicines for people sick or dying pain.
- 2nd ACTION - LIFE SAVING & BPJS SURGERY:
To connect or assist people needing life saving medicines, surgeries, to doctors
- 3rd ACTION - ADDRESS SUFFERING OF SICK & DISABLED:
To connect sick & disabled to
- 4th ACTION - GROW OTHER PEOPLE & THEIR NEW START UPS that help Sick, dying & disabled people.
Teach Local people, village & religious how to get their people FREE BPJS surgery and connections to other NGO’s that help.
- 5th ACTION DRIVE CHANGE: Pushing, nudging and driving government & community to do more. The numbers of Lombok NTB’s Sick, Dying & Disabled are huge
LAST ACTION FUNDRAISING - To Give the biggest bang for the charitable dollar.
There are two main types of Foundations 1. Doing Foundations 2. Fundraising Foundations.
LFC Endri Foundation is a firstly a DOING FOUNDATION ‘A Life Saving Foundation’ and secondly a ‘Money Raising Foundation’
We work on the basis that if we focus on BEING GOOD AT DOING then funding partners will come to us ahead of others who don’t achieve much.
We understand the importance of thanking, reporting, working with & connecting with other NGO’s - Government Grant Projects and Funding Organisations etc but we ask funders to realise if we drop our day to day activity to much for the above reasons Children will Die.
LAST LAST ACTION: Rubbish Projects, Environmental Projects, Dolphin Projects, Taking Orphan Children for swimming days and fundraising parties and Saving Cats & Dogs. While we support all - PAIN, SURGERY, SUFFERING,
